3rd Grade Pumpkins
Its that time of year again...Pumpkins...Pumpkins...Pumpkins!
3rd grade really knocked this lesson out of the park. The class talked about the pumpkin life cycle and the shape of different pumpkins.
Next Students were encouraged to draw big 2-3 overlapping pumpkins.
Students drew these beauties using clear glue. The next day they used soft chalk pastel to color their pumpkins. Students were encouraged to show a warm and cool contrast in their artwork.

Materials Used
12 x 19 Black Paper
Clear Elmers Glue
Soft Chalk Pastel
